About the Role

You will provide responsive IT support for requests, incidents, and issues while minimizing business impact. You will manage user technology throughout onboarding and offboarding, maintain workplace hardware and meeting-room setups, and improve self-service resources and IT processes. You will monitor the environment, analyze trends to prevent issues, support security and compliance activities, contribute to IT projects, and recommend user-facing technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in Windows OS, Active Directory, AV and meeting-room setups, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Proficiency with SCCM, Intune, Zoom, Slack, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Operational familiarity with VMware, backup and datastore concepts, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • At least 3 years of end-user support and enterprise operations experience.
  • Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows OS, Office, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and DHCP.
  • Experience with user access lifecycle, SOE and image concepts, and deployment tooling.
  • Strong documentation and change discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT requests, incidents, and issues.
  • Build relationships with users and stakeholders to understand technology needs.
  • Manage the user IT lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Implement alerts and analyze trends to prevent IT issues.
  • Standardize IT processes and create self-service resources.
  • Support security audits and maintain compliance with IT policies.
  • Contribute to projects that improve the IT environment and user experience.
  • Oversee user-facing hardware and workplace IT setups.
  • Analyze and recommend user-facing technology solutions.
