About the Role
You will oversee electrical contractors and crews building data center power infrastructure. You will coordinate installations, schedule work, monitor daily progress, maintain construction documentation, enforce safety and code compliance, resolve site issues, inspect work, and report progress, risks, and construction metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Ability to pass drug, alcohol, and background checks
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate electrical installations
- Manage and schedule electrical contractors, subcontractors, and crews
- Ensure compliance with electrical scope and quality standards
- Monitor daily construction progress and maintain documentation
- Develop and enforce construction schedules
- Enforce electrical safety practices
- Supervise foremen and electrical crews
- Resolve material, technical, sequencing, and trade-coordination issues
- Conduct site inspections for code and safety compliance
- Prepare progress reports, metrics, and risk updates
