About the Role
You will lead night-shift electrical construction for data center power infrastructure. You will coordinate contractors and installations, monitor work and documentation, manage schedules, enforce safety and code compliance, supervise crews, resolve site issues, conduct inspections, and report progress and risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Ability to pass drug, alcohol, and background checks
- Availability for night shift, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate electrical installations
- Manage and schedule electrical contractors, subcontractors, and crews
- Ensure compliance with electrical scope and quality standards
- Monitor nightly construction progress and maintain documentation
- Develop and enforce construction schedules
- Enforce electrical safety practices
- Lead, train, and supervise foremen and electrical crews
- Resolve material, technical, sequencing, and trade-coordination issues
- Conduct night-shift site inspections for code and safety compliance
- Prepare progress reports, metrics, and risk updates
