About the Role

You will define and deliver AI strategy for business teams, identify high-impact use cases, and build production-ready AI workflows and copilots. You will prototype, validate, and ship solutions while enabling teams to adopt and iterate independently. You will recruit and lead the AI Enablement function, set KPIs for adoption and ROI, and report progress and outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product or technical roles with experience driving operational change through technology
  • Proven track record of personally building and shipping solutions
  • Proficiency with AI workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
  • Experience with AI/ML tooling including LangChain, OpenAI API, Vertex AI, or Claude
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows and their business applications
  • Experience working directly with business teams to identify problems and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior executives and frontline teams

Responsibilities

  • Own AI strategy for business teams and be accountable for its delivery
  • Map and prioritise AI opportunities across business units and maintain a pipeline of use cases
  • Build, configure, and deploy AI workflows, copilots, and agent-driven orchestration
  • Prototype rapidly, validate outcomes, ship working solutions, and retire failed experiments
  • Create self-enablement tools, models, and training for business teams to adopt AI independently
  • Build and lead the AI Enablement function from zero, recruiting product managers, engineers, and specialists
  • Set, track, and course correct on KPIs for adoption, efficiency, and ROI
  • Report progress, outcomes, and strategic direction to CTO, COO, and executive leadership
