About the Role
You will evolve infrastructure and platform tooling across deployment, observability, developer productivity, and cloud cost management. You will build secure CI/CD pipelines, improve monitoring, implement FinOps governance, create internal tools, define SLOs, and strengthen platform resilience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering
- Proficiency in Python or Go
- Experience owning production infrastructure and platform tooling
- Experience designing secure and robust infrastructure
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform
- Familiarity with GCP or other major cloud providers
- Experience with cloud cost management and cost anomaly detection
- Experience with FinOps tooling or custom cost allocation tooling
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling
- Experience with Prometheus or Datadog
- Participation in an on-call rotation
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the DevOps and platform engineering function
- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines
- Improve observability with Datadog, GCP, and custom dashboards
- Implement FinOps governance with showback and chargeback models
- Create internal tooling and reusable infrastructure modules
- Help teams define and measure SLOs
- Define cost-effective architectural patterns
- Shape DevOps practices and the long-term roadmap
- Align technical spending with business and financial goals
