About the Role

You will manage projects with moderate leadership supervision, coordinating with partners and education departments while monitoring schedules, budgets, project stages, contracts, payments, and scope improvements. You will support pilot projects, monitor and evaluate initiatives, conduct applied studies and research on education policies, analyze reports, and organize information for project communications.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Education, International Relations, or related fields
  • Experience with research projects and applied studies
  • Knowledge of Brazilian basic education legal frameworks and policies, including PNE, LDB, BNCC, SAEB, FUNDEB, and Laws 10.639 and 11.645
  • Experience interacting with public authorities
  • Knowledge of education public policies in Brazil
  • Knowledge of basic education legal frameworks, the National Education System, and collaboration arrangements
  • Skills in project management methodologies, data, and indicators
  • Availability for travel
  • Skills in monitoring and evaluating education public policies
  • Experience with public management or private social investment
  • Intermediate English and/or Spanish is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, contracts, payments, and scope
  • Support pilot projects involving educational resources
  • Monitor and evaluate projects
  • Develop studies, mapping exercises, and research on education priorities
  • Produce and analyze moderately complex study and research reports
  • Organize information and content for project communications
