About the Role

You will own and develop services for source control, build artifact repositories, AI-powered development tools, and other software delivery tools. You will support internal engineering teams, diagnose complex CI workflows, manage Kubernetes infrastructure, improve reliability and observability, manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code, educate users, and maintain self-service documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience debugging and triaging complex systems
  • Experience with configuration management tooling such as Terraform
  • Experience managing highly available Linux systems in on-premises and cloud environments
  • Experience supporting containerized applications with Kubernetes, Docker, FluxCD, ArgoCD, or Helm
  • Experience supporting internal engineers and demonstrating customer empathy
  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • 3-5 years of development experience
  • Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language such as Go, Python, or Java

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders, trading teams, and developers to improve engineering capabilities
  • Own source control, build artifact repositories, AI-powered development tools, and software delivery tools
  • Participate in scheduled support rotations for internal engineering teams
  • Diagnose complex CI workflows and manage Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Investigate and resolve systems and build issues
  • Improve reliability, performance, and observability of critical infrastructure and tooling
  • Manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code
  • Educate users and conduct demonstrations
  • Maintain self-service documentation
