About the Role

You will oversee client transaction execution and dealing desk operations across trading platforms. You will manage daily procedures and reports, handle complex trading queries, monitor system performance and market developments, improve workflows, mentor junior dealers, and lead dealing projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in dealing, trading operations, or capital markets within a regulated financial institution.
  • Understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading-platform mechanics.
  • Written and verbal English fluency.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms, preferably MT4 or MT5.
  • Organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client transaction execution.
  • Manage dealing desk order reception, transmission, and execution.
  • Own daily dealing procedures, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Escalate and resolve complex client trading queries.
  • Monitor and resolve trading-system issues.
  • Analyze market developments, economic events, and regulatory changes.
  • Mentor junior dealers.
  • Lead Dealing Department projects.
  • Improve dealing processes, systems, and workflows.
