About the Role

Work directly with EMEA deal teams throughout the investment process, supporting origination, deal assessment, transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, valuation modeling, presentations, and investment strategy. Participate in the Analyst Program and mentor later intakes.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant deal experience in investment banking or related financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in finance and valuation principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented analytical mindset.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Work as an active day-to-day member of end-to-end deal teams.
  • Assist with deal origination through market mapping, competitor analysis, and company profiling.
  • Conduct industry deep-dives and peer benchmarking for deal assessment.
  • Size Total Addressable Market and Serviceable Available Market.
  • Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for investment committees and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to project management and investment strategy during transactions.
  • Support portfolio monitoring through KPI tracking and benchmarking.
  • Assist with further M&A activities.
  • Participate in Analyst Program training and mentor later intakes.
