About the Role
You will help real estate industry clients achieve data utilization and data-driven management. You will develop data strategies and roadmaps, design KPIs and data definitions, establish data governance, plan and define requirements for data platforms, design and build BI dashboards, and improve data quality and master data management.
Requirements
- Experience with data utilization or data platform projects in consulting or a business company
- Experience designing KPIs, defining data, and establishing data governance
- Experience supporting or promoting DWH or BI tool implementation
- Experience planning and promoting management or operational improvements using data
- Experience designing or building BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Understanding of or experience participating in data platform technologies such as BigQuery or Snowflake
- Experience collaborating with data engineering or data science teams
- Experience promoting data utilization in management, finance, or business planning departments
Responsibilities
- Develop data utilization strategies and roadmaps

- Plan and define requirements for DWH and data lake platforms
- Design and build BI dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
