About the Role
You'll be based in Niamey and join our global team to help deliver the best possible experience to our customers. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing world-class service and support, and you'll work closely with other departments to make sure customer needs are met. You'll handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues when necessary, and you'll keep your knowledge of Wave products up to date. You'll use active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions that address those needs, and you'll take part in team meetings, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and Haoussa
- 2+ years of experience in a comparable position (Call center, Customer Service)
- Being able to work with flexible schedules
