About the Role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, provide professional and courteous support, handle inquiries and complaints, escalate issues to other departments when necessary, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wave products, use active listening to identify customer needs, and participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, English, and Fulfulde
  • 3 years of experience in a comparable position (Call center, Customer Service)
  • Ability to work with flexible schedules

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

  • Escalate issues to other departments as necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products
