About the Role
You will provide hands-on technical support for Account Abstraction and Wallet Services. You will guide customers through onboarding, resolve technical questions and requests, improve support through tooling and runbooks, identify product gaps, communicate customer feedback to internal teams, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a software development role
- Technical degree
- Experience or interest in Account Abstraction or Wallet Services
- Analytical skills
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to monitor and measure customer performance
- Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for Account Abstraction
- Deliver a strong customer experience
- Scale support through internal tooling, runbooks, and developer-experience improvements
- Understand customer needs and address unique challenges and goals
- Identify product gaps and new features and partner with internal teams on long-term solutions
- Represent customer feedback to internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive customer referrals
