You prepare and revise commercial agreements, participate in M&A projects and product structuring, respond to legal queries, assess applicable requirements, support regulatory compliance, and communicate with partners, regional legal counsels, and regulators.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law
- Strong academic record
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in M&A, financial instruments, and financial institutions
- Proficiency in English
- Experience preparing and implementing commercial agreements
- Ability to assess and mitigate regulatory risks
- Analytical, prioritising, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
