About the Role

You will lead the company's social presence across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms. You will plan and produce content calendars, write platform-specific copy, coordinate with design and marketing teams, manage publishing and scheduling, engage and grow communities, support launches and campaigns, and track analytics to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and best practices
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience building content strategies that balance brand and performance
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and internet culture
  • Familiarity with scheduling, analytics, and social listening tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, and freelancers
  • Basic understanding of paid social and content creation
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into content recommendations and reports

  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
  • Write engaging captions, briefs, and platform-specific copy in the brand voice
  • Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality social content
  • Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and platform hygiene
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community through timely responses and active interaction
  • Track trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep content relevant
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights from social media analytics
  • Support launches, campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments with end-to-end social coverage
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, creators, and community-led growth
