About the Role
You will lead the company's social presence across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms. You will plan and produce content calendars, write platform-specific copy, coordinate with design and marketing teams, manage publishing and scheduling, engage and grow communities, support launches and campaigns, and track analytics to deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and best practices
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience building content strategies that balance brand and performance
- Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and internet culture
- Familiarity with scheduling, analytics, and social listening tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, and freelancers
- Basic understanding of paid social and content creation
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into content recommendations and reports
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Write engaging captions, briefs, and platform-specific copy in the brand voice
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality social content
- Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and platform hygiene
- Build and nurture an engaged online community through timely responses and active interaction
- Track trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep content relevant
- Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights from social media analytics
- Support launches, campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments with end-to-end social coverage
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, creators, and community-led growth
