About the Role

You will strengthen and further develop the internal compliance function, embedding regulatory obligations into daily operations. You will advise the business on compliance matters, support licensing and regulatory applications, monitor regulatory developments (including MiCAR) and translate them into practical guidance, and develop policies and control frameworks. You will work closely with Anti-Financial Crime, engage with senior management and regulators, and help set up and grow a future-proof internal compliance department.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Compliance or Risk functions, focused on crypto-assets or broader financial services
• Fluency in English (additional European languages such as Dutch is a plus)
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance processes and control frameworks
• Solid understanding of international regulatory landscape, including MiCAR and related frameworks
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across business functions
• Ability to engage effectively with senior management and regulatory authorities
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and ownership orientation
• Interest in digital assets

Responsibilities

• Advise the business on compliance and regulatory matters
• Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Support licensing and regulatory applications and engage with competent authorities
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into practical risk-based guidance
• Develop, review, and enhance compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Provide strategic and risk-based compliance advice to the Chief Compliance Officer and Management Board
• Collaborate with Anti-Financial Crime to ensure a coherent control framework
• Set up and grow an internal compliance department
