About the Role
You will help build and scale software platforms for robotic machine learning. You will optimize fleet deployment pipelines, improve edge infrastructure, create training and evaluation pipelines, use simulation to evaluate systems, and develop data-driven diagnostics for robotic hardware.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, robotics engineering, or a related field
- Cloud infrastructure experience with Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with data storage, telemetry, and camera or sensor data
- Software engineering expertise in at least one programming language
- Python or C++ proficiency
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale software platforms for autonomous capabilities
- Collaborate with machine learning R&D teams on model deployment requirements
- Optimize robotic hardware fleet deployment pipelines
- Maintain and improve edge computing infrastructure
- Create machine learning training pipelines for dataset curation, labeling, training, and evaluation
- Improve robotic system evaluation through hardware and mechanics simulation
- Develop data-driven diagnostics and alert systems
- Engineer robotic software to improve machine learning performance
- Design compilation architectures that decouple hardware program dependencies
- Structure Docker Compose configurations for robotic hardware sharing
