About the Role

You will own Catalyst's marketing function end-to-end. You will define and establish the Catalyst V2 brand identity, lead launch communications, and craft the product narrative. You will hire and develop a marketing team, manage and optimize the marketing budget for user acquisition, and work closely with the founders to shape strategy. You will serve as an executive team member and take full ownership of marketing outcomes to make Catalyst a market-leading brand.

Requirements

• Proven senior marketing experience in crypto
• Experience launching products and brands end-to-end
• Experience managing marketing budgets and user acquisition
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to move quickly
• Availability to work North America and Europe timezones
• Willingness to participate in paid work trials
