About the Role
Develop and evolve Magic Madness VR, a multiplayer VR game, by building core gameplay and engine-level systems in Unreal Engine 5 with C++ and Blueprints.
Requirements
- Good C++ skills and experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine workflows and Blueprints
- Previous game development experience, ideally with action or multiplayer titles
- Understanding of multiplayer networking models
- Self-reliant and responsible approach
- Availability to work on-site in Prague
- Experience with VR projects, motion controllers, or room-scale gameplay
- Knowledge of UE replication and networking
- Background in real-time tools or live-service games
- Experience transitioning from Unity or C# to Unreal Engine
Responsibilities
- Develop core gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5 using C++ and Blueprints
- Implement spells, abilities, movement and combat logic
- Work with multiplayer systems and live synchronization
- Optimize performance for VR environments
- Build and improve editor and debugging tools
- Collaborate with designers and technical artists
