About the Role

Develop and evolve Magic Madness VR, a multiplayer VR game, by building core gameplay and engine-level systems in Unreal Engine 5 with C++ and Blueprints.

Requirements

  • Good C++ skills and experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine workflows and Blueprints
  • Previous game development experience, ideally with action or multiplayer titles
  • Understanding of multiplayer networking models
  • Self-reliant and responsible approach
  • Availability to work on-site in Prague
  • Experience with VR projects, motion controllers, or room-scale gameplay
  • Knowledge of UE replication and networking
  • Background in real-time tools or live-service games
  • Experience transitioning from Unity or C# to Unreal Engine

Responsibilities

  • Develop core gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5 using C++ and Blueprints
  • Implement spells, abilities, movement and combat logic
  • Work with multiplayer systems and live synchronization
  • Optimize performance for VR environments
  • Build and improve editor and debugging tools
  • Collaborate with designers and technical artists
