About the Role
You will identify market opportunities, research trends, and target potential partners. You will establish and nurture relationships with blockchain projects, RWA platforms, Web3 games, DeFi applications, enterprises, and other stakeholders. You will lead outreach and sales initiatives, create proposals and presentations, and represent the product at conferences and networking events. You will work closely with product and engineering to align commercial efforts with the technical roadmap and provide market feedback to influence product decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Knowledge and interest in Web3 and blockchain
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and think strategically
- Proactive, self-starting approach to identifying opportunities
- Technical background (desirable)
- Willingness to live in or relocate to Bangkok, Thailand (desirable)
- Fluent in Thai (desirable)
- Experience working in a Web3 company (desirable)
Responsibilities
