About the Role
You will proactively build and improve the organization's business intelligence platform by organizing dashboards, queries, permissions, and the data model. You will build reporting pipelines for finance, operations, compliance and other departments, and analyze large data sets using a variety of database query and visualization tools. You will work closely with Data Architects, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and SRE to deliver data products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. You will act as a data evangelist for business stakeholders and drive the development of a self-service BI platform. You will manage and review product requirements within the team and provide feedback to product management and other stakeholders. You will leverage AI models to enhance data analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence reporting, and utilize AI-powered automation for anomaly detection, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Advanced data analysis & SQL
- Data modeling for business use cases & self-service
- Administering BI platform, preferably with hundreds of reports & dashboards for 100 users
- Basic experience in developing or fine-tuning AI models for data analysis, forecasting, or anomaly detection
- Good to have: Experience with Python; Experience in data warehouses, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and Apache Spark
- Experience using AI-powered analytics tools for data visualization, sentiment analysis, or predictive modeling is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering or other related field
- Relevant experience and/or strong interest in crypto industry is a big plus
- Strong understanding in financial modeling, analysis and planning
- High level of interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven with a proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities well
- Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen
- Fluent in English for cross-functional communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace
