About the Role
Provide day-to-day support to investors and clients in the Bitcoin and crypto space, investigate and resolve account and technical issues, update KYC and 2FA details, communicate outcomes, reconcile billing and balance discrepancies, and prepare resolutions with management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of customer service or communications experience, with consideration for less experienced candidates demonstrating strong interest in AI, Bitcoin, and crypto.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills.
- Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and the crypto investment ecosystem.
- Ability to learn crypto finance compliance and legal matters.
- Project management experience and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers, Google Docs, web browsers, search tools, social media, mobile devices, Telegram, Slack, and Zoom.
- Strong awareness of security, privacy, confidentiality, and device security.
- Reliable Wi-Fi, a private workspace, and smartphone access; Apple Mac device preferred.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve investor and client issues while maintaining detailed records.
- Attend weekly investor relations calls with management.
- Compare investment amounts with received share amounts and prepare resolutions.
- Resolve 2FA inquiries, update KYC details, and cancel accounts when necessary.
- Communicate investigation results and planned updates to investors and clients.
- Assess complaints and refer unresolved grievances for further investigation.
- Resolve balance discrepancies, billing issues, fees, and account charges.
- Review investment terms and contracts to determine coverage of losses.
- Perform cross-departmental duties as required.
