About the Role

Own the layer between core infrastructure and external users, including public APIs, indexing, data pipelines, developer-facing services, analytics, observability, and production hardening.

Requirements

Strong systems or backend programming experience in Rust, C++, or both
Proven experience designing and building robust RPC or API services for high-scale traffic
Deep understanding of database architecture, indexing, and query patterns
Experience owning production infrastructure

Responsibilities

Design and build JSON-RPC endpoints for transaction submission, status queries, and account state
Own transaction lifecycle status tracking, error reporting, and timeout handling
Build the indexer and query backend for the block explorer, partner integrations, and historical state queries
Build analytics pipelines and implement metrics and event logging
Work across service boundaries to understand component behavior
Harden APIs, build partner integrations, and perform load testing
