About the Role

you will design and implement frontend features using React and Next.js and contribute to scalable systems You will design and consume RESTful APIs and ensure data flows between frontend states and third party services including Web3 You will obsess over frontend vitals including fast load times smooth user interactions and efficient client side state management You will collaborate on deploying and scaling Next.js applications via AWS leveraging workflows to maintain high deployment velocity You will act as the primary technical partner for UI UX designers translating high fidelity wireframes into a scalable component library and ensuring pixel perfect production features You will conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence You will troubleshoot complex technical challenges and ensure smooth operation of applications post deployment

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with a track record of taking ownership of features from conception to deployment.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js. Mastery of modern CSS (Tailwind/Styled components) and state management (Zustand/TanStack Query). Experience with Go will be an added advantage.
• Experience with (or a deep interest in) blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Solid hands-on experience with AWS or GCP (S3, EC2, Lambda, etc.) and an understanding of serverless architectures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• A natural ability to guide peers, communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and write clear documentation.

• Collaborate on deploying and scaling Next.js applications via AWS, leveraging workflows to maintain high deployment velocity
• Act as the primary technical partner for UI/UX designers, translating high-fidelity wireframes into a scalable, reusable component library and ensuring pixel-perfect production features
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and ensure smooth operation of applications post-deployment
