About the Role

You'll join Bitcoin Magazine's new flagship daily live studio show as the person who owns the entire guest pipeline. You'll source, pitch, and book guests across Bitcoin, macro/markets, policy, and frontier tech, manage a rolling calendar of bookings weeks in advance, and keep everything organized so the show is never scrambling at the last minute. You'll prep guests with concise briefs, run pre-interview calls when needed, and coordinate green room flow and live-hit timing on show days, including handling remote guest technical readiness and backup plans. You'll also pitch guest-driven segment ideas and maintain a database of bookable topics to support fast programming pivots, working closely with the executive producer, lead anchor, and production team throughout.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years experience in booking, talent producing, journalism, podcasting, TV, or live digital programming
  • Strong written and verbal communication to pitch guests credibly and professionally
  • Excellent organization across calendars, trackers, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable with fast-paced live production environments and day-of changes
  • Familiarity with Bitcoin and/or financial markets preferred
  • Existing network of potential guests across Bitcoin, markets, energy, policy, or technology preferred
  • Experience booking high-profile guests or working with executive assistants/PR teams preferred
  • Comfort working across tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable/Notion, and CRM-style tracking preferred
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN and able to work on-site preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a rolling guest pipeline for daily programming 1-3 weeks out plus backups
  • Source high-signal guests across Bitcoin macro markets policy geopolitics and frontier tech
  • Manage outreach cadence including initial pitch follow-ups scheduling confirmations and relationship maintenance
  • Own booking operations end-to-end including scheduling across time zones calendar invites reminders and contingency planning
  • Maintain a clean guest calendar and booking tracker with status visibility for the team
  • Coordinate releases and permissions and keep guest information organized and accessible
  • Conduct pre-interviews or prep calls when requested by the executive producer or anchor team
  • Create concise guest briefs covering bio key topics recent work and suggested question angles
  • Ensure guests understand format timing expectations and technical requirements
  • Coordinate green room flow and live-hit timing including arrival mic check and topic alignment
  • Manage remote guest readiness including technical preflight backup plans and fast fixes
  • Keep backup guests and alternatives ready when cancellations happen
  • Pitch guest-driven segment ideas and recurring formats based on the guest pipeline
  • Maintain a database of bookable topics tied to specific guests for rapid programming pivots
  • Assist with rundown inputs related to guest segments including timing key beats and headlines
