About the Role

You will support private credit portfolio operations, including deal closings, fund and portfolio monitoring, credit facility management, systems maintenance, and investor requests. You will prepare reporting and risk analysis, coordinate with investment, finance, IT, operations, Investor Relations, and Marketing stakeholders, review legal documents, maintain portfolio data, and support portfolio management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 4–7 years of experience, preferably with exposure to private credit, broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, and leverage facilities.
  • Experience in private markets or financial services.
  • Ability to synthesize and format large data sets for senior management review.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Working knowledge of systems and analytical tools is desirable.
  • Comfort analyzing legal documents, including credit agreements and LPAs; knowledge of loan securitizations is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and independently execute projects with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare portfolio-level reporting and risk analysis for internal and external distribution.
  • Maintain and optimize subscription facilities, asset-based credit facilities, CLOs, fund liquidity, and fund leverage.
  • Review credit facility legal documents for new facility launches and amendments.
  • Prepare investor RFPs and RFIs, process ad hoc investor inquiries, and coordinate with Investor Relations and Marketing.
  • Partner with IT and operations to ensure accurate investment portfolio classification in Allvue and other systems.
  • Coordinate valuations, financial information reconciliation, and portfolio company updates.
  • Maintain portfolio company information and perform portfolio analysis.
  • Manage the offshore outsourced portfolio monitoring vendor and ensure report accuracy.
  • Support private credit portfolio management, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate on investment allocations across funding vehicles and compliance with governing documents.
