About the Role

You will support DRW's trading businesses and treasury management function in the London office. You will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of trading documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, GMRA, GMSLA, Master Give-Up Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, portfolio margining agreements, custody agreements and master confirmations. You will advise internal business teams from initial discussions through documentation, execution and ongoing post-execution support. You will lead legal negotiations with counterparties and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, support groups and outside counsel.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in the UK with a focus on derivatives
  • Strong familiarity with ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, GMRA, GMSLA, prime brokerage agreements, portfolio margining agreements, custody agreements and master confirmations
  • Knowledge of electronic trading and associated documentation
  • Experience negotiating derivatives and trading documentation with a range of entity types
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and on tight timelines
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the firm and across all functional groups
  • Buy-side experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with digital assets and/or EFETs for physical gas trading preferred but not required

Responsibilities
