About the Role
You will take charge of overall project planning and architectural and structural design tasks, managing technical aspects across disciplines while supporting and supervising construction on site. You'll oversee the entire bidding process for architectural and structural disciplines and liaise closely with internal departments and external consulting parties to ensure design intentions are fully realized throughout every phase. You'll control technical quality across the design process, reviewing master plans, architectural and structural designs, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with national regulations and industry standards. You'll also develop actionable design standards, technical specifications, and workflows tailored to each project, implement design deliverables, and bring an innovative approach to solving complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture Urban Planning or Civil Engineering from a full-time program
- At least 8 years of work experience in large-scale first-class design institutes with strong architectural design capabilities
- Must have independently led large-scale design projects
- Experience in data centers computing power centers or campus-style projects preferred
- Familiarity with various codes and standards of architectural and structural engineering
- Proficiency in CAD Tianzheng software and OFFICE suite
- Extensive experience in technical review and management
- Ability to independently handle design verification and drawing review
- Capability to address technical issues during the design process
- Competence in comprehensive technical coordination and quality control
- Ability to establish relevant standards and guidelines
- Ability to adapt to international business travel
- Excellent bilingual Mandarin and English communication and presentation skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Overseas work experience preferred
- Intermediate professional titles or higher preferred
- Relevant professional registration certificates Level 1 qualification an advantage
