About the Role
You will lead hands-on technical engagements with customer engineering teams. You will pair program, review architectures, contribute code, develop prototypes and evaluation suites, create documentation and sample code, share product insights, support developer events, and travel for implementation workshops.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, forward deployed engineer, or technical founder
- Customer-facing or pre-sales technical experience
- Production experience building LLM-powered applications
- Prompting

Responsibilities
- Advise high-growth companies on AI use cases
- Pair program with customer engineering teams
- Conduct architecture reviews and contribute code
- Develop prototypes, evaluation suites, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with Applied AI Architects across customer engagements
- Identify engagement patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Create developer documentation, tutorials, and sample code
- Support hackathons, webinars, technical office hours, and developer events
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and implementation support
