About the Role

You will embed AI deeply into engineering workflows, build and ship production-quality code that leverages existing models and tools, design and maintain AI infrastructure and agent orchestration, prototype and structure AI-powered product features, systematize AI usage with guardrails and workflows, and continually experiment with models and tools to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Ship and own meaningful production systems
• Strong system design instincts
• Write production-quality code daily
• Experience applying AI to engineering workflows (product integration, not model training)
• Experience with CI/CD and orchestration for agents
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and grounding ideas in production
• Public experimentation or contributions with AI productivity tools
