Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers and prospects
  • Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead discovery to identify and prioritize business-focused AI use cases
  • Develop AI architectures covering models, applications, data, integration, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
  • Guide technical evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
  • Maintain use-case portfolios, decision criteria, success measures, and adoption plans
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and technical customer stakeholders
  • Coordinate delivery, implementation, enablement, security, product, partner, and specialist support
  • Track adoption, usage, account health, production readiness, and customer impact
  • Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Research
