About the Role
You will deploy enterprise autonomy software with customers, provide technical support and training, and help integrate and debug software and API connections. You will develop autonomy applications, support pre- and post-sales activities, maintain technical materials, and relay customer feedback to product engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 3+ years of industry experience, or a Master's degree and 1+ years of industry experience
- Strong software engineering background
- Strong proficiency in modern C++
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in defense, aviation, or robotics is preferred
- Customer-facing solutions, applications, or sales engineering experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Deploy with customers globally to support software integration and development
- Become an expert user of the Hivemind software stack and autonomy modules
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Develop AI and autonomy applications using the software development kit
- Support pre-sales demonstrations, conferences, and immersions
- Support post-sales deployment and integration
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Debug customer software and API integration issues
- Collaborate with product engineering to address customer feedback
