About the Role
You will build and optimize data pipelines, infrastructure, quantitative models, and monitoring systems. You will conduct experiments and causal analyses, translate business requirements into production data solutions, and mentor others on scalable data engineering and quantitative problem-solving.
Requirements
- 4+ years building production data pipelines and infrastructure at scale
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks
- Expertise in statistical methods, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Understanding of cloud services for data storage, processing, and orchestration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Problem-solving skills focused on business impact through reliable systems
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize data pipelines for high-volume datasets
- Develop quantitative models and statistical frameworks
- Build data infrastructure for data quality, consistency, and accessibility
- Translate business requirements into production-grade data systems and insights
- Conduct A/B tests, causal analysis, and performance evaluations
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation for data systems
- Mentor team members on data engineering and quantitative problem-solving
