About the Role
You will research emerging AI threats and translate them into practical risks. You will assess AI usage and security posture across the platform, internal users, developers, and third-party tools. You will design, implement, and operate AI security controls, infrastructure, and tooling, and deploy open-weight models to support real-time incident investigation and response.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience spanning AI and ML
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or R&D roles
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and production AI workloads
- Understanding of AI and ML system architecture, model deployment, inference infrastructure, RAG, pipelines, and agent frameworks
- Experience configuring and rolling out AI tools and platforms for internal users
- Experience with open-weight or open-source models in production or research
- Experience designing, shipping, and operating security tooling or infrastructure end-to-end
- Communication skills and ability to work independently while coordinating with stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, NIST AI RMF, or MITRE ATLAS
- Experience with SOC or incident-response tooling, threat intelligence, or offensive security
Responsibilities
- Track AI developments and attack techniques and translate them into concrete risks
- Build and maintain an AI threat model covering the platform internal tooling and third-party AI services
- Analyze AI usage across the platform developers business users and procured tools
- Assess AI-system configurations and security posture and prioritize gaps
- Design and propose tooling configurations and projects that reduce AI-related risk
- Architect implement and operate AI security solutions and infrastructure
- Research and deploy open-weight models for real-time incident response
