About the Role
You will apply research to production AI and robotics problems during a three- to six-month residency. You will improve data, evaluation, simulation, or deployment systems; own projects; ship tested code; and deliver a capability or infrastructure improvement to deployed robots.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency with large Python codebases and testing
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Ability to prototype ideas independently and rapidly
- Experience training large-scale ML models or publishing at top ML conferences
Responsibilities
- Apply AI and robotics research to production capabilities or infrastructure
- Improve data-engine components, labeling tools, data-cleaning systems, or evaluation benchmarks
- Contribute to fleet-data pipelines and systems
- Deploy a new capability or infrastructure improvement to customer-site robots
