About the Role

You will investigate AI and machine-learning ideas, design and run experiments, and turn research into scalable implementations. You will evaluate results, prepare and present work at conferences, deliver clear technical reports, and collaborate on defining, building, and testing next-generation AI hardware.

Requirements

• Master’s, PhD, or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• Python programming with a modern deep-learning framework such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Knowledge of deep-learning models, optimization, evaluation, and scaling.
• Ability to design, execute, and report machine-learning experiments.
• Lower-level programming for hardware efficiency using C++, CUDA, or Triton.
• Familiarity with hardware capabilities for deep learning.
• Familiarity with deep-learning software stacks, including compilation, kernel fusion, XLA or ATen operations, streams, and asynchronous execution.
• Right to work in the UK.
