About the Role

You will investigate AI and machine-learning ideas, design and run experiments, and evaluate their results. You will turn research concepts into scalable implementations, prepare work for conferences and workshops, and provide actionable technical reports. You will collaborate on defining, building and testing future AI hardware.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, PhD or equivalent experience in a technical discipline
• Python programming with a modern deep-learning framework such as PyTorch or JAX
• Knowledge of deep-learning models, optimisation, evaluation and scaling
• Ability to design, execute and report machine-learning experiments
• Lower-level programming for hardware efficiency using C++, CUDA or Triton
• Knowledge of hardware capabilities for deep learning
• Knowledge of deep-learning software stacks, including compilation, kernel fusion, XLA or ATen operations, streams and asynchronous execution

Responsibilities

• Generate AI and machine-learning ideas, design experiments, implement them and evaluate results
• Prepare, submit and present work at AI conferences and workshops
• Design experiments and deliver clear, actionable reports to internal teams
• Help define, build and test next-generation AI hardware
