About the Role
Help Xsolla become an AI-first company by building shippable software, internal AI tooling and integrations, and proof-of-concept projects on Xsolla APIs. Work with senior engineers and a global intern cohort while sharing development workflows through weekly lightning-talk demos.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for building demonstrated through side projects, hackathon entries, open-source contributions, or self-directed work.
- Experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to build something.
- Ability to explain how AI was used and how the resulting work was validated.
- Bias toward action when solving ambiguous problems.
- Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions.
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior engineers to identify friction that AI tooling and integrations can remove and build solutions.
- Build applications and integrations using Xsolla APIs and SDKs.
- Ship internal tools and customer-facing integrations that reach real users.
- Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor as the default development workflow.
- Share weekly lightning-talk demos about work built with AI.
- Develop solutions from context and problem statements with minimal process.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and interns across markets.
Hiring Process
Submit a GitHub profile, deployed project, or other work sample, plus a 2–3 sentence written answer or 2-minute video/Loom explaining something difficult recently built and why it was built. No take-home assignment or formal problem set.
