About the Role
You will support electrical design, development, analysis, component selection, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. You will maintain engineering artifacts and technical databases, organize test data, collaborate across disciplines, improve processes, and complete assigned deliverables.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Understand fundamental electrical engineering principles
- Use analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Learn and apply engineering tools, processes, and methodologies
- Travel for in-person orientation, program kickoff, and the final presentation
- Be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations
Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical engineering design, development, and analysis
- Create, review, and maintain schematics, drawings, models, and documentation
- Maintain engineering parts, component libraries, and technical databases
- Support engineers with project tasks and deliverables
- Research, select, and document components
- Participate in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation
- Collect, organize, and analyze engineering data and test results
- Document technical information, design decisions, processes, and test activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to process and engineering-efficiency improvements
- Complete projects and deliverables accurately and on time
