About the Role
You will act as the primary point of contact for inbound enquiries, lead early technical conversations, and help clients navigate the engagement process. You will coordinate technically accurate proposals and scoping discussions, ensure smooth transitions into active assessments, maintain visibility across engagement pipelines, and contribute to technical articles and ecosystem updates.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation or familiarity with blockchain architecture, security, or distributed systems
- Ability to engage confidently in technical discussions with highly technical teams
- Clear, precise written communication
- Genuine enjoyment of relationship-building and becoming a trusted long-term point of contact
- Experience in technical coordination, ecosystem-facing roles, developer relations, operations, partnerships, or client engagement
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
- Experience writing technical articles, ecosystem updates, newsletters, or long-form technical content (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner for inbound client enquiries
- Build strong relationships with teams and founders across Ethereum and the Web3 ecosystem
- Lead early technical conversations and help clients navigate the engagement process
- Coordinate technically accurate proposals and scoping discussions with Security Assessment Managers
- Ensure smooth transitions from proposals into active assessments
- Maintain visibility across engagement pipelines and client communications
- Contribute to technical articles, ecosystem updates, and written content
