About the Role

You will engage with customers across email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries, complaints, and technical issues. You will collaborate with suppliers to gather feedback and address concerns. You will work with the tech team to identify and propose platform improvements. You will create and maintain user guides, tutorials, and educational materials on blockchain, NFTs, and network bridges. You will analyze customer interactions and feedback using Kibana and Elasticsearch and produce reports that inform improvements.

Requirements

  • No prior work experience required
  • Crypto trading experience is an asset
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Kind and patient attitude and strong customer focus
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot crypto transactions and platforms
  • Proficiency with customer service software and CRM
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer care roles (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
