About the Role
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex smart contracts on EVM-compatible chains. You will design and launch ERC20 tokens, implement yield, points, and airdrop systems, and build auditing dashboards to monitor deployed contracts. You will work autonomously to identify and solve complex problems, triage support issues, participate in agile ceremonies, and mentor other engineers while driving software quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience with emphasis on blockchain and smart contract development
- Experience designing and launching ERC20 tokens and airdrop systems
- Experience with finance fintech blockchains and crypto
- Autonomous in setting priorities and comfortable with high responsibility
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Fluent English
- Startup mentality adaptable creative and comfortable with ambiguity
