About the Role

You will design, build, and maintain backend services for core products and platforms. You will develop event-driven systems with Go, Kafka, and Temporal or similar orchestration tools, and build scalable microservices in Docker and Kubernetes environments. You will drive architecture decisions to improve performance, resiliency, and maintainability. You will own code in production by monitoring, debugging, and improving service reliability. You will write automated tests, follow CI/CD practices, participate in code reviews, and collaborate on end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend development experience in Go or a similar language.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka or equivalent streaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-based communication.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal, Cadence, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration, including Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze system behavior, and drive resolution.

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams.
