Senior QA Engineer

Skills

About the Role

You will immerse yourself in multiple products and spend most of your time performing hands-on manual testing of key scenarios and release changes. You will analyze PRDs and requirements, define testing approaches, and create and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression scenarios. You will engage early in the development cycle, define testing scope before releases, and decide on manual versus automated coverage. You will coordinate a small QA function by distributing workload, prioritizing tasks, and sharing knowledge to reduce single points of failure. You will introduce process improvements that enable earlier QA involvement while maintaining a high quality bar without slowing delivery.
