About the Role

You will design and build backend systems that enable automated on-chain minting, cross-chain stablecoin liquidity management, and scalable REST and GraphQL APIs. You will deploy and operate multi-region cloud services, implement monitoring and alerting for high availability, support partner technical teams, and produce clear documentation. You will review code, mentor mid-level engineers, and drive engineering best practices to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Rust
• Basic understanding of smart contract development for EVM-compatible chains
• Familiarity with non-EVM chains such as Solana and Sui (optional)
• Proven experience building scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with DeFi applications including lending, derivatives, AMMs, and stablecoins
• Experience deploying and managing applications across multi-region cloud platforms
• Proficient with CI/CD processes and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Fireblocks API is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
