About the Role

You will design, build, and ship production-grade AI systems for trading and business workflows. You will develop AI-driven tools for trade intelligence, client and business analytics, and product-embedded features. You will create autonomous agents for operational workflows, integrate hosted LLMs, and build integrations across APIs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring performance and data governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent)
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications including prompt engineering and RAG
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Autogen, or custom)
• Hands-on experience with AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent)
• Experience with hosted or fine-tuned model deployments
• Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven tools for dealing desk operations and trade flow analysis
• Develop client and business analytics for lifecycle, churn, and revenue insights
• Integrate AI features into customer-facing platforms
• Design and deploy autonomous agents for structured business processes
• Integrate and manage hosted LLMs and model deployments
• Create automated reporting and alerting systems from live trading data
• Build integrations, automations, and intelligent layers across systems
• Ship production-grade, cost-efficient AI solutions with data governance
