About Webflow

Webflow provides a visual-first website builder and composable CMS that combines design, content management, and code generation in one platform. Its tools span the full site lifecycle: building sites and design systems from scratch, generating clean production-ready code and reusable components, managing content and CMS collections (including AI-assisted bulk generation), and optimizing sites for conversion, SEO, and AI-driven answer engines (AEO) through native analytics, personalization, and localization features. The platform increasingly incorporates agentic AI to draft copy, generate pages, and run experiments, with integrations such as an MCP server and Cursor for developers. Webflow serves marketers, designers, developers, and agencies, and is trusted by more than 300,000 brands, including enterprise customers like Dropbox, Verifone, Lattice, Orangetheory Fitness, Vanta, Spin Master, and 21.co, as well as agencies like Verndale and Flow Ninja.

About the Role

You'll operate as an embedded technical partner within the Engineering, Product & Design org, shaping internal AI infrastructure and operational workflows that help EPD teams run more efficiently. Your work will span prototyping and experimentation to integration and automation in core operational processes. You'll design, implement, and scale key initiatives on the internal AI tooling roadmap, from automating program operations like beta recruitment and launch readiness to building and maintaining an internal skills and agent library. If you're a builder at heart, someone who codes, thinks in APIs, and prototypes with agents while understanding the realities of software development, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
  • 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering, internal tooling, or a technical program/operations role
  • Fluency in LLMs, their APIs, vector databases, context engineering, and RAG
  • Experience turning operational problems into working software
  • Experience designing with and around APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms
  • Experience wiring together tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and internal data sources
  • Understanding of how EPD orgs operate including planning cycles, launch processes, and cross-team dependencies
  • Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Track record of internal tools, agents, or automation frameworks built and adopted by teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship AI-powered agents and workflows that automate core operational processes across Engineering, Product, Design, and Insights
  • Build and maintain a curated library of reusable AI skills and agents that EPDI teams can leverage out of the box
  • Partner with EPD leaders and program teams to identify high-friction manual processes and turn them into reliable AI-backed automations
  • Own the full build cycle from prototyping with APIs and webhooks to deploying internal services and integrations
  • Connect AI platforms to internal tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and internal data sources
  • Create documentation, guides, and demos that help technical and non-technical teammates adopt, trust, and troubleshoot the tools built
  • Lead hands-on R&D with context engineering, RAG architectures, and emerging agent frameworks
  • Track usage, flag risks, and support responsible evaluation of AI adoption

Benefits

  • Equity (RSUs)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents
  • Inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions
  • Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program

  • 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S.
  • Monthly stipends for work and wellness expenses
  • Annual WIN bonus program
