About the Role

You will own end-to-end technical onboarding of new partners and provide ongoing technical support throughout their lifecycle. You will integrate partner systems with APIs and on-chain components, including smart wallet provisioning, wrapped stablecoin flows, and card infrastructure. You will run UAT and certification checks, debug API calls, webhook failures and on-chain transaction errors, and maintain integration guides, API documentation and technical runbooks. You will participate in pre-sales and technical discovery calls and support L1 Support on technical escalations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support, technical account management, or integrations-focused role
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman/Insomnia or similar)
  • Familiarity with blockchain concepts: wallets, transactions, EVM basics, and token standards (ERC-20)
  • Experience with blockchain analysis via explorers
  • Understanding of account abstraction, smart wallets/MPC wallet infrastructure
  • Experience with stablecoins, payment rails, or fintech/crypto products
  • Experience using log management tools to investigate and debug issues
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay focused on outcomes
  • Nice to have: basic to intermediate SQL querying skills
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of Python, TypeScript, or Go programming languages
  • Nice to have: knowledge of KYC/AML compliance flows in a crypto context
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience running technical demos

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical onboarding of new B2B partners from kickoff to production go-live
  • Provide ongoing technical support for partners throughout their lifecycle
  • Integrate partner systems with Wirex Pay BaaS via API endpoints, smart wallet provisioning, wrapped stablecoin flows, and card infrastructure
  • Recommend optimal integration patterns to help partners scale efficiently and securely
  • Participate in pre-sales and technical discovery calls to explain integration options and platform capabilities
  • Support L1 Support team on technical and integration-related escalations
  • Conduct UAT and certification checks to validate transaction flows, wallet operations, and compliance requirements
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues including API debugging, webhook failures, and on-chain transaction errors
  • Maintain and continuously improve integration guides, API documentation, and technical runbooks
