About the Role

You will work closely with the Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to support the development and enhancement of the core platform. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle—from user research and requirements gathering to feature rollout and performance tracking—within a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market benchmarking
  • Help track feature development progress and coordinate with engineering teams
  • Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and usage data to generate insights
  • Support go-to-market initiatives including feature launches and release notes
  • Document workflows, product specs, and internal knowledge base materials
